Occupation: Owner of high-end construction company
Concern:
Juggling family life, while working more than 60 hours a week, Marcin struggled to optimise his training and nutrition around his lifestyle commitment. Being the winner that he is, Marcin wasn’t prepared to use this as an excuse and give up on his dream physique, So he decided to take ACTION and reach out for my help.

I introduced structure and accountability that complimented his non-negotiable life style commitments. Undoubtably one of the hardest workers in most rooms that he enters, Marcin got to work and the rest is history.

James
Occupation: Logistics director
Concern:
He wanted a more muscular, athletic and stronger physique but despite going to the gym regularly, eating reasonably well, and working with other coaches in the past, he always failed to achieve the desired results.
Result:
After consulting with James, it was crystal clear he only needed a few things:

Soon after introducing these 3 pillars to James’s fitness regime, he instantly went from strength to strength and hasn’t looked back.
With Several holidays and weekends out, James has still managed to add a significant amount of muscle tissue to his frame while simultaneously losing body fat.


Ryan
Occupation: Property Developer
Concern:
Stuck in constant limbo, never knowing whether to build muscle or lose body fat. Frustrated, lacking structure and going nowhere fast his motivation was at a low.
6-7 Years of banging his head against a wall and not seeing the results he wanted. Ryan decided to take ACTION and reach out for help early.

Shifting his thought process to a get lean mindset, Ryan had clarity and new found motivation. We introduced structure and accountability that he was severely lacking before.

Concern:
Being a coach himself Craig had more than enough knowledge and training experience to drop body fat and build muscle.
Wanting to take his physique to the next level for a photo shoot Craig recognise that he needed a little extra accountability. I looked at what he was currently doing and established where improvements could be made.
Result:
During my time working with Craig We spoke on many occasions about a possible physique competition
We decided to give it a go and he went on to place second in an outstanding line up at a British natural body building final.
Being a new coach himself Craig knew the importance of not only talking the talk but also walking the walk.

Ive been going to the gym now about 7-10 years starting when I was 19. Never really knew what I was doing as I didn’t have the knowledge about the gym. But never the less I went in a done the basics.
I knew nothing about nutrition or programs which would enhance my training. This continued for years with steady to no progress.
Result:
He made a nutrition program and a workout program specific to me and my lifestyle and after 21days I saw a change.
I have achieved feats that I never thought were possible. I started off on a 8week program to get in shape for my holiday and the results were amazing.


Ashley

Concern:
When my journey began, I was clearly out of shape eating way too much food and neglecting my body physically. Mentally I had a defeatist attitude. I told myself daily I was to busy to go to the gym, when in fact I was just too lazy. I found my self deeply insecure. This led me to eat bad quality foods as a form of comfort. I was stuck in a loop repeating bad habits, I had given up.
Result:
Before I was insecure to share photos with just Shane alone, now I am always sharing my transformation even the before because I’m so ecstatic of what I have achieved. I have impressed myself and sometimes I can’t believe my own achievement. I want other people to believe that nothing is impossible.
